What Makes the Dutch Tick - Terms and Conditions

REGISTRATION FEE: € 260,- per participant (including VAT: € 309,40).
Fee includes: one day workshop, 10:00 Am to 5:00 PM with a one hour lunch break; Course folder, all training materials, lunch, coffee/tea, a copy of The UnDutchables, workshop certificate.

Booking, payment and confirmation
Aniba LWTC can only accept bookings made online. We cannot accept bookings made in any other way or "provisional" bookings.
Submission of a booking form indicates the participant agrees to the terms and conditions set out and will be charged the appropriate workshop fee (see above).
Invoices can be sent to either the participant's private email address or an email address belonging to his or her organisation or company or both.
Terms of payment are fifteen days from the date of invoice. Payment must be made in euros.
Once payment is received in our bank account, Aniba LWTC will endeavour to confirm bookings by email within three working days. Should no confirmation be received within this time, it is the responsibility of the participant to contact info@whatmakesthedutchtick.nl
Where there is over-subscription for a workshop, the order in which bookings are received shall determine their priority (first come, first served basis). Aniba LWTC reserves the right to refuse the booking of a participant.

Location and Start date/time
Aniba LWTC reserves the right to add, alter or remove workshop content without giving prior notice, provided the program and the materials used meet the advertised description of the workshop.

Rescheduling or Cancellation by Aniba LWTC
Where a workshop is under-subscribed, Aniba LWTC reserves the right to change or cancel such a workshop. In the unlikely event of this happening, or workshop cancellation through other unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness) participants will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative workshop place or full refund.
In the event of cancellation of a workshop, Aniba LWTC can not be held responsible for non-refundable costs incurred such as travel and accommodation.

Cancellation, Transfer and Failure to Attend
Once a booking form has been submitted, any cancellation leaving an unfilled place (including non-attendance) will incur the full workshop charge. Should a participant wish to transfer to a later workshop, notice must be given by email at least two weeks in advance of the original workshop and agreement will be at the discretion of Aniba LWTC.

All notes and handout materials developed by Aniba LWTC for workshop participants are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced wholly or in part without prior consent from Aniba LWTC .

Responsibilities
Participants bringing along valuables and personal property do so at their own risk and are responsible for their safety. Aniba LWTC cannot be held liable for loss or damage to personal items.
All travel and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of participants. Aniba LWTC cannot facilitate transport or other arrangements.
